Details and variations
We charge for the distinct construction detail, not each place it occurs around your building. Ten identical window jambs need one model, rather than ten separate calculation fees.
A flat roof with an overhang and one with a parapet are two different details. A different insulation thickness in an otherwise reusable model is usually a variation.
Variations are £50 each. Reasonable minor revisions are included in the original scope, and corrections to our work are free. We'll agree any additional fee before carrying out a substantial redesign.
What's included?

- An illustrated report with the detail, material properties, assumptions and results.
- Advice and reasonable minor revisions.
We'll review the drawings and confirm the total and delivery date before starting. Details requiring 3D modelling need a different scope, which we'll identify during that review.
